Hi, my name is Charlotte! I live in Newport, South Wales.
I experienced a difficult start to my breastfeeding journey with my daughter (now three years old). I learnt first-hand how many myths and misconceptions were out there and just how important good support was! This experience sparked a huge interest in infant feeding, and I knew I wanted to support other parents on their feeding journeys.

Driven by my passion for infant feeding, I trained to become an Infant Feeding Coach and I’m so glad I did! I am a fully qualified Infant Feeding Coach, offering compassionate, evidence-based feeding support. You can read more about my Scope of Practice here. here.
