The aim of this 90 minute session is to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to begin your feeding journey feeling informed, supported, and empowered.
Together, we’ll explore many topics, including how breastfeeding works, the concept of the golden bubble, the importance of ongoing skin-to-skin contact, practical tips for positioning and attachment and creating a tailored feeding plan to name just a few! The session will be centered around you and your goals. There will be a strong focus on addressing any questions that you have.
